The noise is unbearable
June 6, 2023Floors, doors, and walls are paper thin. You can hear way too much inside a building across multiple floors. This property simply isn't worth the premium rent.Property Manager Responded

Noisy!

Love North680!
April 23, 2018I moved in here in January and love it. It is so nice being so close to everything. I am the first one to live in my apartment and it was very nicely appointed and spacious. Very nice office staff who are accommodating. Maintenance team is the best. Love the fitness center and lounge areas. All of the neighbors I have met so far are nice too. The Taco Tuesday event was a blast. Look forward to more events.Review from Apartments.com

May 14, 2017The staff at North 680 really makes you feel important when you walk in the leasing office! I've been looking for something in Schaumburg but everything is out dated and hasn't aged well. When I walked in for a tour I was greeted immediately and I knew this was the place I wanted to call home! The apartments are beautiful!! The staff is super friendly and are there to help you with anything you could have questions about! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new apartment in ...Schaumburg!
