Staff is amazing and we LOVE them. The maintenance crew is great, efficient, and kind. However, we've seen a lot of residents come and go in eight years. In the last 2 we now have frequent police activity and there are drug dealers in the south end of Building U. From as early as 7 AM to 1 AM they have 1-2 cars double parked with hazard lights on outside of Bldg U, Units 9-12. Also, the parking is STILL a nightmare. We had small hope that parking had improved when they installed ~20 new stalls on
...the NE section of the complex summer 2017, but now they're all "RESERVED," and the new owners are nickel and diming standard parking, along with everything else about living here. I spent 20 minutes on a March 2018 Saturday night trying to find parking and finding SEVEN of the ~20 reserved stalls were completely unoccupied, all right next to each other. 1 year ago, I've spent upwards of 50 minutes looking for parking for my own apartment. Also, the neighborhood has gotten rougher. I do not feel safe walking around at night as there are tweakers walking around the complex as early as 9:30pm. With the parking situation getting bad again, I get nervous walking from my car to my apartment. We are a married couple, no children, 2 cars total. I give this 3 stars because the leasing staff is friendly and wonderful, the maintenance crew fix repairs almost always same-day and efficiently, and the staff is kind. It's the bad owners -- Priderock is approximately the 5th owner this complex has had since we've lived here. Hate the new owners. Miss the earlier years.
