North Decatur Gardens is more than just an apartment complex. Nestled just a mile from downtown Decatur Square and walking distance to multiple restaurants, groceries, and entertainment, the location alone is worth five stars. Onsite laundry facilities that take card (so you don't have to adventure for quarters), sprawling green spaces for picnics under generous shade, a wonderful pool to relax during those hot summers. What's different from most apartment complexes is the sense of community. ...
I lived at North Decatur Gardens for eight years and had some of the same neighbors the entire time. Michelle, landlord and property manager, genuinely cares about her tenants and connects with each and every one of them on a personal level. The only reason I left was outgrowing the space, but I couldn't recommend a better place to not only live but to call home.

Residents are required to use Stream Energy because gas service is required to complete the annual inspections required by Dekalb County. If I can not verify gas service is on prior to inspection, it will fail and property will have to pay to have it inspected again. Website cost 29.95 and sometimes I will make 30.00. Not a big money maker, it only assures that the inspector does not waste his time if gas is not on.
Bait and switch is not true since I only show the apartment on notice.

Landlord makes tenants use the gas company she is a marketer for in a pyramid scheme - terrible gas rates with tons of cramming charges and miserable customer service, and Landlord gets a commission. Landlord was bait and switch with regard to deposits. Had people enter apt unauthorized more than once.
