February 21, 2017I have lived here since August 2016 our land lord Dillan is so wonderful, she does anything and everything to help us out if were struggling, the only I can say that is bad is that we live on the bottom floor and our up stairs neighbors are pretty load at times, but I guess that really goes anywhere you go. North Harbour Vista
August 18, 2015Secure entry and very spacious. I stumbled across this complex kind of by accident and instantly fell in love. The additional "den" in each apartment provides extra livable space. The secure entry is a wonderful safety feature and options for secure parking are a must. If you're not going to pay for a reserved parking space, you will have parking issues, there isn't much street parking. Easy access to I-5 and a remarkably quiet area. I will happily renew my lease!Review from Apartments.com
