    Leaving at North Hill it feel like home and I can have the peace and privacy that I want. Everyone keep it to themselves and that's one of the reason that like living here. Place great to live a lot of business around and you cannot forget the beach. Secured place.

  • Price raised every year about 100+

    thin ceiling, noises from neighbor, homeless wandering around the parking lot, base rent plus about 200+ utilities water costs $70-$90 due to the toilet wax ring wont seal properly. and they raise rent every year about 100+ good managed but over priced.
