Now Is The Time!
June 27, 2017I have lived in these apartments for 2 years now and all I can say is now is the best time to rent here! The management is new and so is the maintenance people! Never have I met a more hard worker than Charlie! My ceiling was leaking so much water and Charlie fixed it and let it better than ever!!! So grateful for him and so are my neighbors in building A since they all only have good things to say about him. In the past I've also had a leak in the ceiling and it took the old crew forever to fix ...it not to mention didn't even do a good job. Perfect apartments for families
June 16, 2017North Mountain Foothills is a great place for a family. The pool is a great place to cool off with the kids, the grassy areas are such a nice addition to the property, and they are pet friendly! Great apartment & complex for single mom
June 16, 2017We love it here! Now that the office management has changed, the complex has really become a great community & cleaned up by getting rid of some "undesirable" residents! We feel very safe here now. Much better community now and everyone is friendly & fun to be around. They even give a $100 credit for referring new residents and we got a great move in special about 5 months ago when we moved in. They also pay ALL utilities .. that is unheard of!! No Better
January 23, 2017the new manager is no better than the old; is never in the office; doesn't get repairs done, and spends most days walking around chatting. rents increased, but the place is worse than ever. like a new broom, the new manager came in clean, but is quickly falling to the old habits that have been in this place; tons of dogs, feces all over, no one really cares about the property. can't wait to get out.Review from Apartments.com
Out with the bad! In with the Good!
October 6, 2016I am so glad I decided to renew my lease. I was going to move because of the the old management but once we got Tara in the office everything started changing for the better. Neighbors get along, grounds are well kept and the vending machines actually work. Stores are withing walking distance and public transit is easy to use. Family Enviornment
October 4, 2016I have lived here almost two months. From start to finish out was a welcoming experience. I was referred by a friend it is family orientated most of the neighbors go to work mind their own business and children play well together. The Common Grounds are well-maintained and the leasing management office has a great staff, good place to live. My son attends shop Butte and it's a great School. It's also a well diverse area. Best Place To Live
September 23, 2016I have lived here for a year and a half and love It! The Apartments are clean and all utilities are included. If you need something fixed once you let the office know a repair person comes out to fix it. The office staff is really friendly. A God Send
September 20, 2016I can't express the gratitude I have for this place, too many testimonies to even post. The staff here are fantastic. Tera the manager is phenomenal on many levels and the head maintenance man Jose is patience and understanding. The new staff not only make this place like home but like a family. Tera is constantly having events and activities to get the community together, the location is great, the atmosphere is nice, this place is a God Send to our famliy. Stay away
May 20, 2016I advise all to stay away from this place. When we lived there it was infested with bed bugs and roaches. I now have a very large bad report on my fica score and cannot get a call back from anybody from this establishment. I have called several times and have left several messages. When disputed with my credit they disputed back and this is not money that I owe. I will also be submitting pictures of open electrical junction boxes in the attic with leaky water pipes next to them and also pictures ...of mold in our attic as well.
