I have lived in these apartments for 2 years now and all I can say is now is the best time to rent here! The management is new and so is the maintenance people! Never have I met a more hard worker than Charlie! My ceiling was leaking so much water and Charlie fixed it and let it better than ever!!! So grateful for him and so are my neighbors in building A since they all only have good things to say about him. In the past I've also had a leak in the ceiling and it took the old crew forever to fix ...

North Mountain Foothills is a great place for a family. The pool is a great place to cool off with the kids, the grassy areas are such a nice addition to the property, and they are pet friendly! And I love the savings I get from the free utilities, especially with the heat hitting us this summer!

We love it here! Now that the office management has changed, the complex has really become a great community & cleaned up by getting rid of some "undesirable" residents! We feel very safe here now. Much better community now and everyone is friendly & fun to be around. They even give a $100 credit for referring new residents and we got a great move in special about 5 months ago when we moved in. They also pay ALL utilities .. that is unheard of!! Don't understand the bad reviews .. other than ...

by the dates, they were before the new management. Would totally recommend this complex now!!

the new manager is no better than the old; is never in the office; doesn't get repairs done, and spends most days walking around chatting. rents increased, but the place is worse than ever. like a new broom, the new manager came in clean, but is quickly falling to the old habits that have been in this place; tons of dogs, feces all over, no one really cares about the property. can't wait to get out.

I am so glad I decided to renew my lease. I was going to move because of the the old management but once we got Tara in the office everything started changing for the better. Neighbors get along, grounds are well kept and the vending machines actually work. Stores are withing walking distance and public transit is easy to use. Love living here and will more than likely renew once again in 10 months.

I advise all to stay away from this place. When we lived there it was infested with bed bugs and roaches. I now have a very large bad report on my fica score and cannot get a call back from anybody from this establishment. I have called several times and have left several messages. When disputed with my credit they disputed back and this is not money that I owe. I will also be submitting pictures of open electrical junction boxes in the attic with leaky water pipes next to them and also pictures ...

of mold in our attic as well. This place does the bare minimum and is not suitable living conditions for anybody who values their heath.

I have lived here at North Mountain Foothills since January of 2015 & as of December the new manager Jennifer has gone above and beyond to improve this complex.
