Solid First Apartment
August 16, 2015I've lived in this apartment for a few years now, and this is the first apartment I got when I moved out of the dorms. The units are large, and overall well maintained. The square footage you get compared to the price you pay is a great value on the East Side. The building is quiet with a mix of students, seniors, and families. There is also a manager who lives in the building. I've had a few maintenance issues, and while everything major has been fixed, there have been some issues that have not ...been attended to no matter how many times I follow up. The thing I love best about this apartment is the location. The thing I like the least about this apartment is the parking. There are very few parking spots and a long waiting list to get on it.
