I AM A CURRENT RESIDENT here. 2 buildings 16400 & 16300. One building maintained and well kept. Building 16300 horrible No locked doors Front of the building nor in the Back. Parking garage not secure door/locks broken. Intercom system broken a complete stranger A Rapist, maybe a armed Robber could just walk up to your front door without any problems or questions and do you or your loved one harm. My peep hole was even broken for months. Bad maintenance. Personally went to management with issues ...

in my apartment. Still to this day unfixed Beautiful apartments horribly managed. I regret recommend a friend to move in. I Feel responsible if anything happens to her while she staying here

I’m a former resident and can tell you this place is a complete mess. Management is a absolute joke and maintenance is terrible. The last six months of my residency was actually the worst. We actually had Urine dripping from the living room ceiling on a daily basis. And management did absolutely nothing to help. The entire building needs to be condemned. If your personal security means anything to you please avoid this place.

This apartment building is nasty, management is terrible I'm a former resident in my apartment we had urine leaking almost daily from the ceiling in my living room. Building is falling down and maintenance is awful. The building manager is unqualified to deal with problems. Avoid this trash dump

This place is a joke. The manager Lisa is rude and a liar. Maintenance is horrible. The A/C leaks every year which causes water damages to both the ceiling and the carpet. They "hire" a company to come "clean" the carpet. The ceiling damage still hasn't been repaired after months. There is "emergency repairs" made to the plumbing every week but nothing is honestly being done. The water pressure sucks. There is a bedbug issue in the building that they refuse to address. There is no parking. Tons ...

of abandoned cars just parked. Parking lot is filled with pot holes. The swimming pool is never maintained. The grass is hardly cut and when they finally cut it, it's at 9:00 at night. The snow is never shoveled. Elevators are constantly down. The only good thing about this place is the size of the apartment. Save yourself the time, energy, and headache and move some where else.

The manager is rude! We got moved into the wrong apt which was a 2 bed instead of the 3 that we asked for and they made it seem like we were the ones in the wrong. Maintenance sucks, they don’t come when you call, they don’t fix your problem you will have to call them back 3 more times. There is no where to park. There is a gnat problem when asked about the maintenance man joked and said “they don’t pay rent” the whole building has this issue. Elevators barely work. They keep up with the 16400 ...

building better than the 16300 building because the office is in the other one. Washers and dryers DO NOT WORK only on a few floors MAYBE. Apartment is a nice size but that’s the only good thing about it.
