North Pointe is a nice place to live. I’m living here for almost a decade. It’s peaceful and quiet, clean surroundings. The current management maintains the lawn and general area regularly. We have amenities such as gym, pool, hot tub, court, car and dog wash, laundry facilities, though we have washer and dryer in every unit. I like the floor plan, with open kitchen. The maintenance team responded quickly when I had issues. They replaced my dishwasher. They also do annual inspection to make sure ...
we have no maintenance issue or problem. There’s assigned parking and enough spaces for visitors. I never had any problem living here, and the new manager is easy to reach and responds timely.

North Pointe is a community of people who have helped each other love through some really hard years of life. With the new management of Avenue 5, this beautiful community has been set to flames. The lawn care is terrible, the maintenance takes weeks if not months, rent for everyone was jacked as high as possible. They have made it impossible for people to live hear. They are intentionally pushing out occupants so that they can up the charge for their apartments. They promised us improvements ...
with our charges and what they gave us was half way painted exterior that looks worse than before. They spend all their time renovating old apartments so they can charge 500 more dollars for them. Everyone currently living here is appalled and angry. Its a complete loss of everything that use to make people happy.

Affordable with Amenities!

I had such a good experience my first time living here that when I moved back I knew exactly where I wanted to be. For starters, the apartments are in a great location. They are just a quick bike ride ride to the university and are close to restaurants and shopping centers as well. The grounds are very well maintained and the staff is friendly and responsive. They also allow large breed dogs while few other complexes in Corvallis do. To top it all off there is a pool, hot tub, and several dog ...
