October 11, 2016My lease is up soon i will not renew they had me move in and the apartment wasn't finished they had to put toilet seat and knobs on bathtub still the ceilimg leaks water during heavy storms. They never repaired walls after ceiling leaked through my clothes were stolen out of laundry room the machines are always broke . my toilet leaks they never fixed that claiming it needed to be tightened there are spiders everywhere idk where they are coming from. The diahwasher was leaking they claimed to fix ...that still does samething my apt entry door never locks any one can walk in this building. Other tennants have said they experience same thing. I have a crazy downstairs neighbor that thinks ahe runs the building there have been home invasion not a place u want to live permanently only a short term type of thing. Sloppy maintenance work when they do come into your apartment things are put on crooked. Not a happy tennant this place is a joke.Property Manager Responded

Nice place to live!
September 29, 2015The property management is awesome! They come in and repair in a timely manor and also are very friendly to talk to. The location is great with gas stations near the apartments themselves, Walmart across the street and even a gym! Pros: The complex is large and the people (both renters and staff) are very nice and friendly. Plenty of families around too! Con: No assigned parking which can be a little frustrating, a couple of pot holes as well but other then that there really isn't any ...cons! Some units have washing/drying machines in them, otherwise there is a place located near the main office for clothes. The lawn is taken care of and is mowed and the snow is even ploughed in the winter. Overall, this is a nice place!Property Manager Responded

Country living in the city
August 5, 2015I moved here a year ago it was the best choice I have made in years, rates are good ,I have a two bedroom lots of space and the shopping is great. I would highly recommend renting and living here I for got we have laundry and an in ground pool. So is your looking for quite and easy living, northgate manor is For you. My apartment
August 5, 2015Northgate manor is an apartment complex with a swimming pool. It is surrounded by major store such as Walmart and Wegmans. And restaurants like Tony's and Taco Bell. Right next to an elementary school and not very far from the high school. It is a very quiet community . All with loving peopleProperty Manager Responded
