I have lived here for over 2 years and love my apartment. It's not just a four-walled box, it has an interesting floor plan with a fabulous view of the golf course. The management staff are engaging and inclusive. They respond immediately to any issue and the maintenance staff are professional and able to fix anything. The management also engages the community through get togethers in the summer and winter and I enjoy sitting down and chatting with them. The landscaping is beautiful and well ...

Northgreen Apartments are well maintained, close to shopping, schools and walking paths. The grounds are well kept and they are pet friendly. Many have nice views of the golf course and the laundry facilities ( for those who don't have it in their unit) are very clean and always in good working order.
Comfortable cute apartments that are reasonably priced.

Good place to live

My partner and I have lived here for close to 4 years. It is a nice and relatively safe place to live and it is on a pleasant golf course. We enjoy walking around the area. Also, maintenance is quick to respond. I will note that the price of rent has gone up steeply over the past couple of years, but prices everywhere else in Eugene have gone up as well. One minor complaint is that the windows need to be replaced - they tend to build up condensation in the winter months which has the potential to ...
grow mold - it's just something to manage. Overall though, we are happy here.

Northgreen has been a great place to live. The property managers are friendly and helpful. The location is very central to everything. The units are a bit on the older side but any maintenance issues are handled quickly. The landscaping is handled once a week and looks great. My neighbors are quiet and friendly.

Safe and Updated Units in the Best Neighborhood of Eugene!

My husband and I have lived at Northgreen Apartments for 3 years in two different styles of apartments. The office staff are awesome. They are friendly, always make themselves available for questions or concerns, and care about their residents on a personal level. They try to plan events for the apartment community, and the public areas (lounge area, pool etc.) are always clean and inviting. The maintenance staff here is also one of a kind. We didn't have problems often but when something did ...
come up, it was fixed within a couple days and often within the same day! The grounds of the apartment are beautiful, there are trees everywhere and it has a quiet, relaxed atmosphere. Our patio overlooks the Oakway golf course, but the mature trees still retained our privacy. Great location and safe! Oakway shops and restaurants are just a minutes away and Costco and Valley River Center not more than 5. Over the years we have seen our share of neighbors come and go, but each of them has been friendly and considerate. I work the night shift and so sleep during the day, and have never had an issue with the noise. We are sad to give up our beautiful apartment as we move north for a new job offer. The great staff of Northgreen Apartments will be greatly missed!
