    Wow. Definitely one of the Metro’s new premier properties. We were looking for a new place to call home and stopped in since this had just opened. From the moment we walked in Robby, our amazing leasing agent met us, he made sure every part of our apartment/loft selection and move was stress free. The property manager Katie came out to meet us when we toured and has reached out to us to ensure everything was on track right before we moved in as well. This place is amazing from the on-site conference rooms and work from home spaces, top of the line fitness center and yoga studio complete w kids playroom, sky lounge like no other, Amazon Hubs, Golf Simulator, Complimentary Coffee, Pet Spa Club Room, Storage Lockers. I know I’m going on and on but I didn’t even mention the gas stoves beautiful huge windows, lighting fixtures, and upgraded appliances. Everyone is so friendly. If you haven’t moved in yet, better hurry.

    My fiancé and I just recently moved into the apartments a week ago and we have loved every minute of it! All of the amenities and brand new apartments are lovely (the coffee machine is my favorite!). Also, great spot in Lakeville, MN as it is by Target, Marshalls, Home Goods, Buffalo Wild Wings and so much more! Highly recommend!

    My boyfriend and I recently moved in on the day they opened. The staff is very friendly and the building is beautiful! We were excited for our rear view of the building and it’s going to be even better when the leaves are back. The unit has everything we wanted and were promised and the extra amenities are just a bonus!
