January 31, 2023I have lived here for awhile! I just want to say, these apartments are amazing. So conveniently close to everything. Property well kept. Friendly neighbors as well as courteous, friendly staff. Bradley the manager is the best manager I’ve ever worked with at apartments I lived in in the past. He stays on top of everything. Randy in maintenance is awesome too. You have a maintenance problem, he will tend to you asap. I recommend to please check out Northridge Apts first.Review from Apartments.com
Barely liveable.
September 19, 2020The property manager is never available and if you are able to contact her, she doesn't care. Nothing is fixed and if so it is just a quick fix It is a revolving door of residents moving out. They do not care about retaining their residents. Do not move here unless you are desperate. What you pay for rent is way over priced, the property is old, run down, filthy, mold ridened and full of bugs and rodents. They should charge slum pricing.Review from Apartments.com

Do not live here
April 21, 2016Don't move in. Most of the buildings are old and deteriorated. Mold and Mildew in the sub floor and walls. Marsh beside the building is riddled with snakes and frogs chirping all night. Rooms are small, cramp, and no lighting in the living room. Maintenance man is nice. Office manager not so much to state it politely (shivers).Review from Apartments.com
