TERRIBLE TERRIBLE APARTMENT!
June 7, 2017Please do not move in! The property manager is a scam artist! I moved in 8 days later after rent was due on the 1st and was not given prorated rent! During my time I was there, Tmc managment did not fix anything requested! When I moved in on the 8th the apartment was beyond disgusting (nothing was cleaned)! I was missing a smoke detector, a balcony screen, a door buzzer and there were nails sticking out the wall (keep in mind I had a toddler) and the kitchen sink was leaking! It was not until ...after I was moved in that they came back and cleaned the apartment and fixed/replaced things that were not usable at move in. The property manager is a cruel hearted person and does not care about nothing just wants your money!
