Great Apartments

My partner and I love this complex. We lived in a 1Bed, 1Bath unit. We were college students during the time, so we really appreciated that the utilizes are included within the rent. There were also two on-site laundry facilities which made it easy to do laundry. Not to mention that our unit was tremendously clean and all the appliances worked properly upon moving in. and quiet, which we loved. The maintenance staff are very kind, attentive and are often on-site, so they respond quickly to tenant work orders. Patricia, the property manager is very friendly and kind as well. She cared about our experience and would ask us how we were doing when we saw her. She even sent us Christmas cards during the holidays every year which was really nice because we collect cards that we receive. The location is also convenient. The nearest grocery store is within walking distance as well as a children's day care. There is about a 10 minute drive to the Sunland Park area where there are a lot of shops and places to eat. Maybe about a 15 minute drive to UTEP/Downtown area where there are even more things to do. The only negative thing I have to say is that on several occasions, we would get random people knocking on our door looking for someone who no longer lived there. I understand that this may happen because people come and go from apartments and this is not very uncommon. Overall we had a great experience and encourage those looking for a great apartment to rent to look into living at Nouveau Place.
