Great Apartments
January 25, 2022My partner and I love this complex. We lived in a 1Bed, 1Bath unit. We were college students during the time, so we really appreciated that the utilizes are included within the rent. There were also two on-site laundry facilities which made it easy to do laundry. Not to mention that our unit was tremendously clean and all the appliances worked properly upon moving in. The unit's layout is very nice as well, with a walk-in pantry and plenty of storage space for the two of us. The complex is calm ...and quiet, which we loved. The maintenance staff are very kind, attentive and are often on-site, so they respond quickly to tenant work orders. Patricia, the property manager is very friendly and kind as well. She cared about our experience and would ask us how we were doing when we saw her. She even sent us Christmas cards during the holidays every year which was really nice because we collect cards that we receive. The location is also convenient. The nearest grocery store is within walking distance as well as a children's day care. There is about a 10 minute drive to the Sunland Park area where there are a lot of shops and places to eat. Maybe about a 15 minute drive to UTEP/Downtown area where there are even more things to do. The only negative thing I have to say is that on several occasions, we would get random people knocking on our door looking for someone who no longer lived there. I understand that this may happen because people come and go from apartments and this is not very uncommon. Best Priced & Organized
March 6, 2019This has to be the best priced apartments on the west side! Was renting the 2BD and 1 BA which were great. This was my first time renting and the experience was GREAT! The size and layout was great and rooms were spacious with plenty of closet space. The management for these apartments were A1 across the board! Patrica is the manager and she’ll take good care of you. All the way from move in to move out. She was there every second of the day to help. Usually if there was an maintenance needed ...she would have it done by the day of! Also, the landscaping of the property is beautiful and well kept up from mowing to trimming bushes! Always full of life and green plus the maintenance guys were very friendly. Quiet and spacious
July 30, 2015The great thing about these apartments are they are large and clean with all paid utilities. The complex is very quiet, which I love but if you are a party person or have small children it probably won't suite. There's a small laundry facility on site and a pool. The landscaping is lovely, actually it is one of the reasons I chose these apartments along with the built in bookshelves. The location is great: grocery store, restaurants, and gym are a stones throw away. Now to the bad. The ...apartments are older and while clean, everything is cheap laminate that tends to bubble and peel because the humidity from the swamp cooler. Nothing is sealed, from the bathtub to the sinks, which makes cleaning more difficult. Speaking of the swamp cooler, that will go on my negative too. The air conditioner isn't always sufficient to battle the El Paso heat, so things can warm up at times. No pets, no on site gym, and the pool while present us not very well maintained.
