OAK & IRON APARTMENTS
August 8, 2024I have lived at the Oak & Iron Apartments (was Brookshire Meadows) for many years and I certainly consider it home. I like my lovely view of woodland, big trees, and the creek. I like the excellent floor plan of my comfortable apartment and its wood-burning fireplace. I really appreciate how the managers and maintenance people keep the grounds clean and safe. The managers also send me tests and emails about important alerts and issues. Recently they sent me an email about how Washington County ...Community Alliance was offering FREE air conditioners to qualifying seniors. I immediately applied--now I have a wonderful air conditioner (promptly installed by our expert Maintenance Guy, Rene). I never would have known about the air conditioner offer if our manager hadn't sent me the initial email.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
