The Oak Knoll Apartments are located in a perfect part of Vancouver if you are looking for a quick commute between Washington and Oregon State, as well as close to Clark College, which is a very high rated community college. Wonderful Managerial staff and attentive maintenance members make the property buzz with quick responses and yearly maintenance checks for a safer property as a whole. Included in the security of the property is a front lock entrance that allows the renters to access with an ...

assigned key for added comfort. Although Oak Knoll is 3-4 stories high, depending on the location, each of the two buildings has sets of stairs as well as elevators for easy moving in convenience. If you are looking for a place to stay near the college or interstate bridge, Oak Knoll is for you.

the manager is very accommodating and very friendly. I like that it's alocked building.

Although the building is secured it has very shoddy construction ie. I can count the beams and nails in my walls from across the room. The management is very helpful and respond quickly to complaints and concerns, they're well maintained and in a good location close to schools.
