Not the same, look other places...seriously

I moved into OakPark back in 2016, I lived there for three years, at the time the rent was average and the most affordable in the area compared to similar 2/1.5 layouts. Over the course of three years it turned into the Wild West, no one followed any of the rules, parking became a nightmare, and break in became more frequent. Offices managers changed several times and no one was on the same page, and it would take a good amount of time to get things repaired in my unit.
Units are dated but ...
nice, laundry room is big but does get packed with over 100 residents, location is good but no guest only street parking.
Management is horrible and doesn’t communicate.
Go find another place, nicer and cheaper ones are out there. Just keep swimming.

I've lived here for one year and absolutely love this place. The complex is family friendly AND pet friendly. Great hiking right up the street for those of you that like the outdoors. Friendly tenants and staff that are always willing to give a lending hand. A bit pricey, but a good community.

Very good, cozy apartment that has everything you need. The price is perfect compared to competitors in the area, and you get a lot for your money! Great neighbors, great staff, and beautiful home. Lots of greenery and a nice pool in the middle of the complex that is cleaned regularly. Any notice from management is hung outside your doorstep and they actively communicate with their residents.
