Why is it poor? Roaches roaches roaches galore. Loud neighbors. Stray cats that urinate on your balcony, daily. Did I mention the roaches? Run for your life

Oak Ridge has been a great starter place for someone who is looking to live on their own. It has so far surpassed my expectations on my first place! Very spacious one bedroom. You can't go wrong very affordable!:)
