Choose Wisely/ Looks Are Deceiving
November 2, 2020Cockroaches and fleas everywhere, old rotten wood around patios. Bee hives everywhere. Big huge dog breeds with dog poop everywhere. You will either be in fumed with drug smells or second hand cigarrete smoke. Grounds are nasty with trash everywhere. No tenant respect at all. These people go through managers and maintenance often. Don't try reaching out to FPI they will never respond. Rent increases will happen-the maximum they are allowed. Don't expect your deposit back they will nickel and dime ...you until its all gone, no matter how long you are a tenant. Your car will be broken it. Illegal fireworks that sound like bombs are be set off all year round from the housing residents across the fence. So if you are looking for nice, quite living experience for what you pay for.
