Just moved in and really like it here
October 9, 2015We just moved here and we really like it. There were some issues with our fridge and toilet but the manager sent someone out for each repair within our requested time frame and now everything is great. It's quiet, clean and the rent is more than reasonable for all the things included with your apartment.Review from Apartments.com
Oak Club Apartments
September 7, 2015Property is run by an outside management company and maintence is submitted online. Management doesn't fix anything, tickets are simply deleted. Limited guest parking, property upkeep is spotty. Grounds are unkept, only cuts grass once in a while, snow removal is done mostly by the residents or it's not done. If you rent here you will be required to sign a 1 year lease and you must give a 60 day notice to vacate, yet they don't disclose rent increases in advance.Review from Apartments.com
