Do not resides at Oakdale Springs, no respect, they don't care about you, management is a joke, nobody knows anything. Fees for everything including fee to pay your rent online. No grass, it's all weeds, manager is rude and incompetent. This could be a great place to live if the right management was in place.

two major complaints. it is mid June and the pool is still not open. The maintenance men are not friendly at all. They drive the golf carts like they own the road and if you walk pass them they give you a dirty look and keep it pushing. Plus when you put a request in they mark it completed without even coming to look at the issue. and they don't communicate when something has been fixed almost a week later! but i can say the ladies in the office are friendly and always smile. Rent is cheap

It is quiet, clean, pet and kid friendly, great aminites, and I couldn't have moved out of my old place if it wasn't for their affordable prices and their move in deal at the time I moved in.

It has been a joy to live in this awesome community. The neighbors I have come in contact with over the year are very friendly to us. My immediate neighbors are very considerate as well as we rarely hear any noise. here...always have...the staff in the office and the maintenance crew has always met my needs...and impressive is its been done with a smile a professional manner..so id like to thank each and one them and wish a very happy new years!
