The Best and Worst of a Good Situation

Been living at this apartment complex for 2 years now, and I'll tell you it is better than most but worst than the better. Other than the buildings showing their age structurally, they are pretty nice. 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths and a small yard for $750, or mine which happens to have a huge yard for an apartment for $45 more. The apartment management company has been pretty good on maintenance and they will help you if you have any problems. The only real issue with this apartment complex is the ...

parking. It's one assigned spot per apartment and about 8 "free" spots for guests and other parking for tenants. The complex is roughly 23 units, so if you don't want to talk to your neighbors, ignore them or look elsewhere. Overall, it's a good place and cheap too.
