We had a glitch with required paperwork that resulted in having to spend hours on site to process the application, but we think it was worth it. Ralph assisted us, and he was professional and courteous. My aunt got the 6-months free move in deal, which is to die for. RENTAL AGENT REFUSES TO REFUND MY DEPOSIT
October 6, 2022After deciding not to rent an apartment at Oaks Landing, the rental agent, Ryan, has not as of yet, returned my $350.00 deposit. The deposit was promised in 2 weeks. It has been 10+ weeks. I have filed a complaint with the Minnesota Attorney Generals Office.Property Manager Responded
