Came here with the intentions to rent. Walked in and it smells like cigarettes. Manager was nice to me but not to the person who talked to him before me. Figured maybe it was just the entry but checked out the apartment. the hallway was dirty. the apartment was beyond dirty. the carpet had big holes in it. The manager tried to put the toilet seat down before I saw what it looked like. the only positive thing about it is the cost of rent. I left itching and disgusted. Ew. No. Just no.
