Never returned to fix it… Roach infestation, no matter how much you try to do to kill them, they show up more and more. They are the small ones that look like ants almost. Be careful if you have babies or children. They claim that they have a pest control guy who comes around, which I only saw once, and it was because I was at home that day. But if you are not home, you are on your own! From your deposit, you will be charged $100 for cleaning, no matter how clean you leave it and let’s clear up something, they turn in the apartment not clean at all… Plus $310 to paint the place… They will not be apologetic about it nor will inform you at the beginning of your lease. Also, you have to pay $35 to acquire access to your mailbox at the postal office.
