I been here for years and NEVER had problems untill recently. Office is horrible they need more welcoming people in office they do not come off friendly! Apartments went down hill trashy & dirty low call on manitence. Alwayy want to offer something for a 5 star review tho smh I can not wait to move,

I have been here for 4 years. I hate moving and I have finally had enough. Everything is costing you to use. What is the rent going to? $25 dollars to sit on your porch with furniture that you pay for. To use the pool you also have to pay for. If your blinds are messed up you have to pay for that as well. When you put a deposit down...This place nickels and dimes you and nothing ever gets fixed. WE have no hot water after 7PM. If we do have it, it trickles out. Save your money and go down the ...

Theses apartments are terrible poorly kept up the ladies in the office are rude unprofessional disrespectful not willing to help or understand a person situation and they show favoritism and I definitely would not recommend these apartments to anybody they're not worth the amount of money that they're charging for rent or the time and effort that you that you were put into

Waste of time and money

If you want to waste your time talking to liars or waste your money on the products of those lies, this is the place for you! My husband and I paid our deposit early on because one of the office ladies said their townhouses go fast. We filled out all the necessary paperwork and the date of our move in kept getting pushed back. I had to file an extension at the place I was at because they couldn't get it together. So we went one weekend that the lady scheduled for us to sign our lease. SHE DIDN'T ...

EVEN SHOW UP! So I had to catch another lady up to speed. That lady was quick to tell us everyone's business and kept telling us about the cameras on the property "in case you do any illegal activities"..... We went to see the townhouse intended for us and it was disgusting. Roaches were running across the walls. And the smell from the carpets was stomach turning. The carpet was so old that it was flat and folding on itself. My allergies immediately were affected. My eyes started burning as soon as I went upstairs. So needless to say, we passed on the townhouse. And we were denied our deposit! They can keep it, it's obvious they need it more than we do.

I would give this a five but in the last year year in a half, the place has gone down a lot. The people in the back where I am qt don't care what their kids are doing. Fights are always breaking out and the playground is not safe for the kids at all. My husband found glass and a rusted razor blade under the swing where our daughter was sitting at waiting to be pushed. By mid march, we be moved out and I can't wait.
