July 9, 2022Management is poor, calls go unreturned. Big repairs are generally fixed right away but if it is not causing a flood it generally goes unaddressed. Neighbors are generally rude and inconsiderate to live next to. Not sure why a pool is listed as an immenity, there is no pool. Nice part is they don't require long term leases so if it sucks you can bounce quickly.Review from Apartments.com
Inconsistent and Poorly Managed
September 23, 2020After living here, ive noticed quite a few things. The quad style apartments make every noise come straight through your apartment, not to mention the thin walls. They advertise as having security, however after living there almost two years have failed to ever actually see any security. Any time i had an issue that required work to be done in my apartment; it is almost guaranteed I will have to consistently follow up almost every day, or else it will fail to ever get done. Lastly the manager ...Augustine seems to never follow up on any complaints, so I feel like just about every problem or issue you have here, there will most likely be many, will just fall onto deaf ears.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Not very reputable
December 6, 2017Applied for an apartment and was told that they would check references (they did not), check employment(they did not) and verify our debt to income ratio (they did not). They declined us based on credit score alone instead of considering all factors like excellent credit history with last apartment and more than 3x the income requirement. Refused co-sign from family member. Augustine was extremely rude on the phone when we questioned the process. They were happy to take the fee, but did not ...thoroughly process the application and refused to give the supervisor/owners name to make further inquiry or complaint.
