Wet clothes; Warning light on dryer Re: the above, completed work order. Called the main office to f/u due to having wet clothes in the washer and dryer and a red warning light on the dryer. Though it was 15min before closing of the office, maintanince staff, James, came and proptly completed my work order thoroughly w/o hesitation. I am totally satisfied with the the work that was done and as always how my home was kept clean, left as found and overall respected. Thank you, James!

Great dog friendly place to live I lived there for two years. It is a great dog-friendly place to stay near an off-leash dog beach. They take very good care of the property. The community is great! I'd live there again.

Overall I am Happy I am happy living at OceanAire Apartments. Units are nice and well-maintained. Parking for guests can be difficult at times. However, most places have that same issue.
