Terrible, rude management.
October 26, 2017I'll make this short: the management is awful. But it's no fault of the manager, the poison extends all the way to corporate management. Even those people are rude. My truck was broken into FOUR TIMES in my last 5 months at this apartment, costing me THOUSANDS to fix, and not once did the apartment even offer to TURN ON THE LIGHTS IN THE PARKING LOT or CLOSE THE GATE KEEPING PEOPLE OUT. On record as THE worst place I have ever paid to live.Property Manager Responded

Terrible management, great place
June 14, 2016Very unprofessional management who fail to keep up the grounds. Dirty elevator, and rude managers. Great amenities. Great potential but they really need someone there stable to manage.Review from Apartments.com
Downtown Shreveport has a finer side
July 26, 2015Although downtown Shreveport does not sound at all like an appealing place to live, my apartments sure are.. Let me tell you! At least, as long as you don't get one on the first floor. People like to flush inappropriate things down the toilets, and things back up down there. But the rest of them are pretty great. Especially if you like cold, concrete floors, with markings and lines all over them. It's basically like living in a building that never got completely finished. We do have our own ...washer and dryer, so at least you don't have to go risk sharing washing space with neighbors who can't even use toilets properly. My apartment is just about big enough for a single person, as long as you don't have any belongings; and you don't mind your kitchen, dining room, and living room, all being squished together in the same space. I mean, who doesn't want to sit at your dining room table and rest your feet on the couch?! The pool has finally become less of a green color and more of a blue one the past two weeks, and that's always a good thing. My apartment, although it could be much better, is still my own space, and for that I am grateful. Plus, here in Shreveport... It's actually a pretty big step up from most other places!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on scale of 1 (below average) and to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider needs as part of the school selection process.
