The landscaping is done frequently and regularly. If you like nicely trimmed bushes, hedges and lawns. This place is for you. The edge trimming is great. No leaves on the ground and definitely no twigs. The lawn and trees look wonderful

This is a clean, attractive community. Management and maintenance are responsive to our needs. However, I am surprised that at Christmas time there wasn't even a wreath on our main sign. And during our country's 250th anniversary of Independence, absolutely no acknowledgement. This surprised me.

Landscaping is done weekly which really makes the place pop. The neighborhood and residents are quiet and no one is loud or boisterous. The compound is set in the back behind a busy street yet it is really quiet. No loud traffic or passer through.
