    landscaping is done weekly. we get a newsletter monthly. there's a pool. there's no controlled rent. quiet due it being mostly elderly folks living there.

    This is a wonderful "over 55 " community, quiet neighborhood, conveinent to banks, shopping and resturants. Buildings and grounds are well maintained; however the buildings are beginning to show signs of aging...i.e. outdated bathrooms and some plumbing issues with old pipes. But staff is very responsive and freindly.

    I’ve been at my Apartment since June. It’s a quiet neighborhood and surprisingly that’s a huge deal ! So many noisy places to live and so thankful for peace and quiet and sweet neighbors

    We are brand new to the community, only 1 week. Personally have only met 2 neighbors. They were both very friendly. The property managers are both warm, friendly, and knowledgeable about the whole moving in process.

    Clean, quiet, nicely landscaped, great neighborhood, close to shopping and restaurants, and the staff are all very receptive. There are fun activities in the clubhouse.

    I have lived at Old Donation Apartments for almost 4 years. The ladies in the office have always been polite and respectful! They have always acted professionally and responded quickly to any apartment problem. The apartment maintenance department has always been courteous and always concerned with correcting a maintenance need, as soon as possible.     This is a wonderful property. When you drive in the grounds are beautifully kept. The flowers are gorgeous. I spent a beautiful afternoon at the pool today. We are so blessed that they pick your trash up for you twice a week. You just put it out front and the apartments are lovely. What’s not to like.

    I just took possession of my apartment last week. Alexis and Jada were wonderful showing me around and getting me set up. All the neighbors that have passed by are friendly. I am still in the process of moving in, but I already love it here.
