the landscaping is done weekly. They now grass. They trim the hedges. They also do the bushes, shrubs, mulch and edging. It's done weekly. Couldn't be happier.

This is a clean, attractive community. Management and maintenance are responsive to our needs. However, I am surprised that at Christmas time there wasn't even a wreath on our main sign. And during our country's 250th anniversary of Independence, absolutely no acknowledgement. This surprised me.

Landscaping is done weekly which really makes the place pop. The neighborhood and residents are quiet and no one is loud or boisterous. The compound is set in the back behind a busy street yet it is really quiet. No loud traffic or passer through.

My 4 years at Old Donation Apts has been a great experience. I feel very safe here, it is a very peaceful and quiet community. Alexis and Jada are wonderful to work with in the office and always very kind and professional. The maintenance staff are so quick to respond to any issue and are always on top of taking care of the problem!

Location, location, location! Close to everything. I've lived here for 5 years. This is my forever home. Grounds are well kept. Maintenance crew prompt with any issues reported. I tell everyone I meet that it is a wonderful complex.
