They are terrible flat out. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

The date of this review corresponds with the date we evicted a tenant. Come in and see for yourself and talk to our tenants. We are under new management effective 8/29/2017. We respond to tenant complaints within 24 hours, have 24/7 on call emergency maintenance, our prices are very affordable, are apartments are big (900 sq. ft. for a 2 bedroom and 725 sq. ft. for a 1 bedroom). Check us out. We don't charge a security deposit either.

We had to evict a number of disruptive tenants when I took over management. If you talk to our residents you will see we are an affordable, quiet community and we respond to your maintenance requests within twenty four hours M-F. At the time this was written I had just taken over management and was evicting a number of problem tenants. We are a quiet community and inconsiderate tenants will not be tolerated. Stop in and see for yourself. We are open Monday-Friday 11AM-6PM and Saturday 10AM-2PM.

The apartments are immaculate when you move in and they give you a care package to welcome you to the apartments. The people and management are super nice and helpful. The landscaping is excellent and there is an abundance of wildlife.
