Best apartment in the East Lansing area if you've got a pet. Went from apartment to apartment since freshman year because I got an exception to living off campus my freshman year, and I had the most pleasant experience here. Mostly because upstairs is yours, as well as downstairs. Downstairs is your kitchen and living room, upstairs is your bathroom and bedroom. No one upstairs to bother you/wake you up. Buildings are in good condition, as nothing was falling apart. At the other apartments I was ...

at, I had neighbors upstairs who I heard walking around all the time, even during the midnight hours, and I doubt they were fat. Could also always smell it when they were smoking pot. Door was falling apart, as was the rest of the apartment. None of these problems here. It's now 2021, and I just felt that I owed a good review to this place. Hope everything is as good as it used to be, or better.
