On going barking dog issues

I live cross from this complex and they always have dogs that bark all day long. First was tenant on lower level, close to street with two dogs(they moved out); now, it’s tenant with dog lower level close to parking. The dog is ALL DAY outside, who is barking and sometimes howling though the day... up to 9-10pm!!!
Do not recommend this place AT ALL!!! Tried contacting leasing office, no luck.

I wouldnt recommend this complex; because number provided on this page is not working. Also, this complex has tenants with two small dogs that are fighting and barking from 6-7am 'till midnight!!!!! (Some times they stop barking, but when they start...they don't stop till tenants come out to shut them down!)
