Top Apartment in west suburbs
May 12, 2023This property is fantastic. The units are updated with brand new appliances and newly painted walls. We love the layout of our 3 bedroom unit. But most importantly, the staff and service is incredible. If we have a maintenance request, we have always had a response within 30 minutes and someone comes to fix it on the same-day. The staff are prompt and helpful. Moran, the property manager, is extremely easy going, patient, and polite. He does an excellent job communicating updates to all ...residents on snow plow removal, building maintenance, etc... May 5, 2019Great place. Lived here 2 years. Very quiet. Cannot hear neighbors or anything really outside your apartment unless you have the windows open. Roomy. The maintenance people are great and come out quickly when there are problems. Close to a park and walking trails. I love Eden Prairie in general, so highly recommend. The only downside is snow removal in winter. I had some trouble getting to work a few times due to the steep hill and no snow removed yet in the morning. Also can have snow ...build-up due to the small parking area. Each apartment has its own garage. The garage is a tight fit, so be very careful pulling in! Overall love the apartment. Patty is a great property manager and she really cares about the tenants. :) Also very safe, I never felt unsafe in this area.Property Manager Responded

Great Quiet Apartmant Community
September 10, 2015This is a multi-building site that has a great location and awesome staff. The buildings are older which keeps the rents reasonable, yet the people here seem to be respectful and quiet. The apartments are in older buildings , they do not look like it however- they are well maintained, always updated and always clean and everything is in working order. If there is ever an issue, the maintenance staff seems to be on site right away to remedy the issue. Rent can be paid online as well as requests ...for maintenance. There is a clubhouse that has a party room available to all residents. It has a small clean and well maintained fitness room. There is no pool. There is two BBQ's at the clubhouse. There are walking trails that pass through the site and two bodies of water that are also on site as well. Located in Eden Prairie, it is 10 minutes from the Eden Prairie Mall, where there are theaters , shops restaurants and pubs in the vicinity. Highways 169 & 494 are both 10 minutes away and are easily accessed. Eden Prairie is a great place to call home, offering great amenities and awesome services.
