In conclusion Optima Sonoran Village is one of the most sought after places to live here in Scottsdale, marketed extremely well and treated like royalty as a prospecting renter. After you sign that lease agreement all the magic falls apart, and management stops caring about anything you have to say. Going so far as to having to reach out to the corporate office, Vice President of Optima to make changes happen. Management should be replaced with people who actually value your concerns, and complaints.
