October 31, 2024Gone downhill since new owners took over. Trash always overflowing, 2nd floor common walkways dirty & haven't been washed in over a year at least, no amenities other than a bike rack, guaranteed yearly max rate increase allowed, constant stray animals throughout property including in common areas & literally outside my door due to trash issue mentioned above, constant water pipe issues & much moreReview from Apartments.com
Best property manager!
October 13, 2017I lived at Orange Bay for a little over a year and it was one of the best complexes I've ever lived in. The property manager Chela is awesome! She is super responsive if you have any questions or problems. It's in a great location, just down the street from Triangle Square and walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants and entertainment. I highly recommend this complex.Review from Apartments.com
