I lived here for 3 yrs I was supposed to been moved into a two bedroom with my son at the time he was 1 they told me I was on the waitlist that was two years ago they do not do whoever lives here gets first or next for a bigger bedroom which is totally irresponsible and false advertisement cause you do not have central air I had too buy two air conditioners for my unit plus the walls are very thin neighbors will not quiet down by 10 they say they have your best interest until they get your money ...
I see now they’re saying two bedroom available then why when I went to the office 10/15/2025 the secretary said none available but the site says it FALSE ADVERTISING

I love my apartment. The staff and my neighbors are very nice. That being said, however, the common areas outside are disgusting. They're covered in garbage. Also, the area around the dumpsters had garbage everywhere. If this continues, you're going to have a major rodent problem.

It is not a good time to move here because they are still trying to find a system or figure some things out. I've seen a lot of good staff come and go and it's so sad. We have a shortage of maintenance which results in work orders being delayed. Help us the residents to keep our community safe, clean and comfortable.

I love the location and the number of apartments Orchard Place provides. This is the only community in Greece that provides 4 bedrooms and the size of the units are pretty decent. I've lived here for 13 years and can't see myself moving unless it were to transition myself to the next step which would be home ownership. I'm satisfied we're I live.

Orchard place apartment is good in certain things. Cheaper than a lot of other apartments. In such a beautiful location. Close to Walmart, wegmans, restaurants and fast foods. Everything is basically within 2 miles radius. The layout of the apartment is also awesome.

Worst place ever to live. Trashy neighbors, maintenance is absolutely horrible. They enter ur house without permission, they even come into your home when there are children under the age of 18 with no parent home and they think it’s ok. They never fix anything they’re suppose to and when they do, they do a horrible messy job. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!!
