We have lived at Orchard apartments in Marlborough, MA. For over five years. It is a very nice place to live. The apartments are clean, modern and spacious. The grounds are well maintained. Best of all, each unit has a private entrance. The current office staff, Michele and Saya are outstanding. They listen to the residents concern and are quick to resolve any issues. They truly care. The maintenance manager Saul, is fantastic. He is very talented and strives for excellence. Saul has been a ...
pleasure to deal with , very kind and caring.
We highly recommend Orchard apartments as a place to live and appreciate their team for their kindness and respect.
