August 15, 2022My experience since I moved in has been better than I could expect Brenda has been excellent in working with me & helping me with my move in process my apartment was tidy and there wasn’t any concerning issues regarding up keep. Worst Manager Ever!!!
July 15, 2022Lived there and Liked the area and apartments were ok. Manager is the worst though. No communication and SO FAKE!! The place isn't that bad but be prepared for not feeling like any relationship with landlord is secure. Will sue you without even getting a notice on your door. Doesn't answer phones. Constantly changing neighbors. Not a long term place basically. Will absolutely do for short term.Review from Apartments.com
DISGUSTING AND GHETTO

THE WORSE PLACE YOU COULD EVER LIVE
October 5, 2016Worse place you can ever live, management is terrible, they open whenever they feel like it as well as closing, you have to basically fix up your apartment on it's own if you have any issues. You're better off living in a hotel no exaggeration. Management won't provide you with corporate's number for the simple fact they know they don't do their job. Not what they claim
January 26, 2016I tried contacting the property several times to inquire about the rent and other fees, but no one returned my calls. I decided to go by the property, visit the grounds and talk with someone in the office. Well, what a nightmare. The property is extremely run down, paneling coming off, grounds not well kept, window blinds broken or missing, parking lot in need of repair and no one available in the office when they should have been there, according to the office hours schedule. January 13, 2016I've been staying in these apartments for over a year now. And i can honestly say these are the worst ones I've lived in so far. The office manager is rude, i put in work order after work order and they never came to even look at the the problem. My tub was stopped up for a whole week i had to get under the building and fix the problem myself, they all about money. They dont care about them apartments or the people living there.
