Owners constantly changing terms after lease is up and you go month to month. Sure that's technically legal but ethical? Rasing rent, $700 to clean carpet after move out. No onsite manager so when something breaks no help until the weekend. If owners are in town. SUPER LOUD all hours of the day...Harleys...Honda racing up 99 at night. I'm hard of hearing, I can't image what someone with normal hearing would feel. My kid always had trouble taking naps because of noise would scare him and wake him ...

up. Black dust comes in apt from all the traffic when you leave your windows open to get fresh air.
