October 5, 2025The apartment itself is ok and the balcony is nice but over the summer there was and still is in some units a roach issue. They only deal with it with weekly spray from pest control. The complex is ok if they can get a handle on the roaches.Review from Apartments.com

November 2, 2023So far, I am enjoying the apartment and community. They made the move-in process so easy and made me feel welcomed. The apartment was ready for move-in when I arrived. The neighborhood is quiet. My kids love it so far, they have made new friends already. It is close to everything I need. The apartment itself is spacious and I get lots of light. There are a few small things that are annoying, but they are not a huge deal or worth removing any stars over: 1. my windows don't lock 2. the vent in ...the kitchen makes an awful and loud noise and I don't know that it actually works at all. 3. the vent in the bathroom is also extremely loud and makes weird noises as well 4. there is a clicking sound I hear at night that is in the wall, it might be the heat from other apartments, I can't really tell 5. I wish is that the washer in the laundry room was cleaned, it has some build up. I am super happy I moved here!Property Manager Responded

Great apartment complex!
April 14, 2021I have lived at the Oslo for 3 years (and am now leaving to move back to the Boston area). I have loved living at the Oslo mostly due to the diversity of my neighbors, the convenient location, and the still affordable price, but the area is quiet, the neighbors are pleasant, and whenever I have a maintenance problem, it has been handled expeditiously. There have been plumbing issues in my building (for who knows how many years) and now that Gus is the manager, the plumbing is being addressed ...and fixed! Well done! Get everything in writing, new management is very dishonest
February 5, 2021Management staff changed a few months ago and are the single worst I've ever dealt with. They will arbitrarily assign HUGE fees to you on top of rent without any notice. They will post eviction notices on your door even when you pay your rent. They refuse to fix repeated utility issues - heat, water, and sewage - even though some of those issues make apartments unsafe and/or unlivable. And they laugh at you and insist they're "doing their job" when you call the office to talk to them about ...it. Renters beware. Look elsewhere if at all possible.Property Manager Responded

I love living here!
March 20, 2018Lauren and Tiffany have made my move to Colorado so smooth. They are respectful, extremely nice and easy to talk to. They make a great team! Fast response to emergency and and quick resolution to any situation. Gary and his maintenance crew are great! The grounds are well maintained and I love being on my balcony with a beautiful and peaceful view. My neighbors are very kind, and The Oslo has an overall family feel.
