July 3, 2017Very poorly managed. the office takes several attempts for any issues only to not show, do shoddy work or simply incomplete work. they never even follow up. If PRIMEWEST INTERNATIONAL is the company handling any building do not rent.Review from Apartments.com
A Work in Progress
July 29, 2015This apartment has its ups and downs. It has a parking lot with tandom spots (though many apartments have more than 2 tenants), street parking is decent, the manager is very friendly, there are 2 laundry machines on every floor, most if not all apartments have a balcony, and there is a small pool (by small I mean it is a hot tub) on the first floor. Although these things are all great - the little problems with plumbing and electricity add up, and the scent of pot is so strong on the second floor ...sometimes that we can smell it on the 3rd. Other than that - it is a relatively quiet building full of young artists and a few families. It is in an area somehow nicer than the one a few streets down, and the price is decent for the space.
