I'm so glad my middle sister recommended Overbrook Place because I almost overlooked it. I knew it was the place for me when Jonathan not only showed me 2 apartments but also showed me the package lockers and one of the laundry facilities. He really seemed interested in having me as a resident. I feel very safe here, I can leave my door unlocked to go do laundry and stay in my apartment while it finishes. Other than upstairs neighbors who seem to have " heavy feet" at times and a toilet seat that ...
you have to hold upright because of a design flaw I've had no problems. The proximity to downtown particularly Harris Teeter is a definite plus! I'm loving it here!

I lived in Overbrook Place for 4 years and I recently moved due to a job change. It is a nice place to live and the management, (Jonathan) is always there to take care of any problems that might occur with the apartment. He takes his job seriously and he makes the experience a pleasurable one and I felt this was a very good place to live. I have nothing but good to say about my time living in Overbrook Apartments. I have lived at University Place Apartments for two years now. Overall I am very pleased. The central location is a huge plus. University Place Apartments are five minutes from downtown, eight minutes from Haywood Mall, ten minutes from Woodruff Road, and much more. On top of being close to everything the monthly rent is unbeatable. My wife and I just switched from a one bedroom into a two bedroom and they chopped $100 off our monthly rent!
