This is the best apartment complex that I have found while looking for a place to live, which were many. The manager, Carman, was very nice and willing to help in any way. There were changes that would make my life easier and they were made without hesitation. Carman and his staff have been very nice and willing to do anything to make it easier to live there. I live in a lovely apartment complex for the age group of 55 plus. I feel it is a very safe and friendly place. Management takes care of all needs quickly and efficiently. We rented for freedom and flexibility: Freedom from mortgages, freedom from worries while travelling, freedom from realtors and problems of selling, freedom from maintenance, insurance, taxes and improvements. Flexibility allows us to move easily and quickly whether it be to follow a job or move closer to our children. Edgewood Apartments provides everything we want and more. Underground parking is a delight in the dead of winter or heat of summer. In the dead of winter it means no dead ...
batteries, grinding starters, long engine warm ups, frosted windows or snow covered hoods. In the heat of summer, there are no sunshields, untouchably hot steering wheels or overheated seats. Simply walk from your parking spot to one of three clean elevators and quickly reach your apartment level through regularly cleaned hallways. Management is friendly, available and accommodating whether you want to rent the extra apartment for visitors; rent the party room for a special event or make a simple request. Maintenance is competent and complete. We learned apartment living by staying in timeshares for 4-6 months a year. The apartment we have compares very well to any timeshare and security here is much better. Modern appliances, washer and dryer, separate bathrooms, large bedrooms and spacious living area all work together to make it a very friendly lifestyle. For those who want it, there are card nights, pot lucks, movies nights, along with a meeting room, break area, exercise room, rentable 2BR fully furnished apartment for visitors, rentable party room and plans for improving the property both indoors and out. There are outdoor garages for rent that can be used in addition to the underground parking space, and there are large areas of well-maintained plants to make for pleasant outdoor surroundings. Pets are allowed but limited to a friendly size of 20#. Smokers have their own locations and the view from every apartment is unrestricted, especially those that overlook the valley and golf course. Did we say no long term leases required? We moved here thinking it would be temporary, but we quickly felt content and have no plans to move.

As a "seasoned" senior, I have found my one bedroom apartment to be perfect for me! There are many wonderful amenities, however, one of the best is the underground parking garage. I enjoy a beautiful deck, large windows and a "gourmet" kitchen that makes cooking easier. There is also a great work-out room (yes even seniors like to keep in shape)! The hallways are clean and quiet and the building is well maintained. I have asked for a few extras and my requests were met almost immediately. I ...

If you're looking to get more bang for your buck, this is the place to be. The building sits on top of a hill, providing a great view from any vantage point. There is an underground heated garage and indoor walk ways that make the long winters here much more bearable. This is a place where you can always count on a warm smile from your neighbors.
