Miserable and Unsafe place to live
April 13, 2025This place has been one of the worst living experiences I’ve ever had. For months, I’ve dealt with unsanitary and disgusting pet waste coming from the upstairs neighbors. Despite multiple complaints, photos, videos, and logs, the apartment management has done NOTHING effective to fix the issue. They promised to send cleaning staff – no one ever showed up. They continue to ignore the problem while I’m forced to live in a hazardous, unhealthy environment. The leasing office refuses to let me ...break my lease without a penalty, even though they're clearly violating the basic standard of habitability. How is it fair to charge people to leave when they won’t even provide safe, clean living conditions? New renters – please think twice. The management is negligent, unprofessional, and seems more interested in protecting their lease terms than protecting their tenants. No one deserves to live like this. Save yourself the stress, the health risks, and the financial trap. I would never recommend Overlook at Brook Run to anyone.Property Manager Responded

Stay Away
August 22, 2023The appliances are not stainless steel Very small counter space. Broken appliances in the breezeway. No pool. Not kid friendly. No maintenance men. Gun fire. Thin walls Office does answer the phone. Not open on Saturday.Property Manager Responded

June 28, 2021My first three weeks here was a disaster and placed me under a ton of stress. There's a really big roach issue in my apartment. I have had to throw my furniture away due to infestation over the last three weeks. Management should really compensate me for my pain and suffering. I did not get to choose my apartment and this is what was given to me. I'm so disappointed in the roach and spider situation.
