I dont even know where to start. Every issue i have has an excuse. Work never gets finished, maintenace requests take forever if at all, manager never answers texts, they come in your apartment whenever they want (said they gave notice but i never got the slips and it happend twice), say their coming to follow up on stuff and dont show up, parking is terrible, owners approved pool chemicals that take 3 days to dissipate and if you go in to early give a horrendous rash (nevermind kids swim in ...
this pool)- this is my issue now! The hotest week of the year!!!! Closed tuesday to thursday. Theres more: outdated a/c units that cost tenants over $200 a month in electric bills(im not the only one other people have shared this), an extreme amount if flying termites, spiders, and waterbugs, homeless people sleeping in the "gated" garage then they come into stairwell and use it as a restroom, and next roam the halls while we all sleep "safely" in our apartments. I would move but cant afford to. My hope is to save at least 1 persone from making the same terrible mistake i have. The owners are uncaring and unresponsive, management company is getting paid but useless, manager is nice, but i feel also doesnt give a crap about anything, and lastly maintenance. If you want to here why nails are sticking out if the floor, baseboards are crooked, holes are in ceiling, cupboards look dirty and unpainted... You will hear "oh you see this building is very old... Thats just how it is"!!!!!! Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
