Pacific Grove staff is one of a kind! So friendly and willing to help out with absolutely anything. My husband and I were relocating from out of state and they made it the easiest transition for us. These apartments are beautiful and the staff are just the same. Natalie and Kris go above and beyond.

I lived here for two years. It was my first apartment. I NEVER had issues with management. The only time they ever bothered me was when I was late on rent which was understandable. Other than that every work order I put in was always addressed efficiently. My neighbors never bothered me. They were always keeping me up to date with changes they were making. The management is very nice, sometimes it take a bit of time for a service order to go through, the rent is cheap and the place is quiet and convenient for getting on the 168 and getting around Clovis. Be aware of parking on the main streets, because cars get broken in to regularly. The carpets and cabinets are a bit dated, but it;s a great price so we don't mind.

I've lived in Pacific Grove Apartments for about three years now, and can say it was one of the better experiences I've had in apartment living. This is the third complex I've lived in here in the Fresno area, and easily the most affordable.
One big plus is that all of the apartments are ground-floor. However, navigating the complex can be confusing. The buildings are spread out and the apartment numbers are hard to figure out. Fortunately, my apartment is very close to a parking area so it's ...
easy to direct guests and deliveries.
The amenities are nice, the laundry room I use is always clean and well-maintained and there are usually machines available. The pools are also clean and are rarely busy. I know there is an exercise room, but I have not used it.
I haven't had too much trouble with safety here. I know there have been a few crimes around this area in the past. They all seemed to be isolated, though, and I haven't heard anything really about burglary or car break-ins. Clovis Police are very quick to respond to anything in the city, though, which I find to be a benefit of living over Fresno, so nearby.
Overall, I'd recommend this place to a young family, a quieter young adult, or an older adult or couple. It's really not a party zone, and I doubt the neighbors would like to change that anytime soon.

these apartments are in a prime location for a student and pet owner. close to Fresno state without the noise from parties and other distractions. dog park literally 2 minutes walking distance. they keep their apartments clean, no bugs or anything like that, they spray regularly. if something breaks they will fix it. rent is a little steep and they are aggressive in the deposit, otherwise I'll give them 5 stars.

Lived here for about 4 months. Excellent location, great value, office staff was excellent and always helpful, maintenance service was quick and friendly, apartment had a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, ceiling fans, mini blinds, double kitchen sinks, and a nice small enclosed patio. The windows are double insulated, so not a lot of noise. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great affordable apartment. Great location, close to everything.
