Many better alternatives
February 28, 2018I would never ever do business with this company. Impossible to reach, terrible management, and unstable. From the beginning, the original property manager was a liar and aggressive with me after I negotiated the monthly rent on the unit. Stupidly, I still moved in. I was a tenant here for roughly 10 months. They told me I had a garage space that ended up belonging to a condo owner resulting in my car being towed. I moved out early and tried to work with them to find a solution to end my ...lease. I called, emailed, etc to work towards a solution and was never answered. I attempted to give 60 day notice. Upon moving out I left what I felt was fair- rent for the next 2 months- and they could keep my deposit- equaling 3 months rent. They sent me to collections almost immediately after cashing my check. Despite my calls and emails I still to this day have never been answered and the debt has passed to multiple credit companies who give different amounts of the debt and leave threatening and aggressive messages or just completely hang up on me when I answer that I’m still waiting for someone from Packard Lofts to contact me to come to a resolution.
