Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all cost. I've had nothing but trouble since I moved in. The pool is always closed, roaches are everywhere (even when they charge you for pest control), water is shut down very often without notice, I haven't had hot water in days, my REGISTERED car was towed and they claimed they left a notice at my door (no notice was ever left), the floors are trash, the walls are so thin you can hear everything going on in the next apartment, there is nobody to ...
enforce their noise policy at night so you hear every type of thing going on late at night, cars are vandalized often... THERE IS NOTHING GOOD ABOUT THIS PLACE.

Management changes very often due to the high number of problems they refuse to solve! They shut off the water for up to a full day at a time with out notice. Not to mention the hot water which gets shut off multiple times a week, again without notice. When I moved here I was told water was included and then new management refuses to keep that policy. Rent is about 200-300 higher than what is listed plus utilities. There is never any parking! Gates never work, huge problem in the morning when ...

I can’t say anything positive about this trash hole. I can’t wait until my lease is up in a few months because I can’t stand it. Haven’t had hot water going on 4 days, have not gotten any answer or apologies. The pot holes are crazy huge and I’m not understanding how filling them with huge rocks solves anything. There is a roach infestation that appears the only way to resolve would be to bulldoze this trash hole to the ground, the pest control guy agreed. The parking policy is completely ...
backwards, there is no security or security gate but we continue to get emails about the dang stickers they want to distribute and tow you real quick too if your sticker is not completely visible. Just a mess.

This place is the absolute worst!! Do not move here if you care about your health and well being. Raw sewage flowing into the streets and parking lot and sidewalks. Water off for hours or days at a time and this has been happening since I moved in May last year. Appears no one working in the office had any customer service training and this slum is too expensive. The roaches are terrible and the pest control has absolutely no effect on them. Even after 5 treatments the roaches still have taken ...

Don't be fooled by the pretty paint

Living in The Palace Apartments is like living in a dump! There is no "upscale" when describing this place. New owners slapped on a new paint job and put up wood barriers but didn't change the layout, design, upkeep, or function. Just adding attractive window screens over old single pane leaking aluminum windows won't fix the problem. The sewers still overflow on a regular basis( it takes many hours to stop the overflow), water pressure is extremely low (its difficult to take a shower), the ...
sidewalks pose a trip hazard, and instead of really fixing problems they are glossed over or given a new coat of paint. Instead of fixing the problem with proper drainage after a rain, they have dug trenches behind buildings to catch the overflow. The grounds are so uneven water and sewage tend to pool in areas and in the summer there is an abundance of mosquitoes. The new bright shiny paint on the stairwells and railings hide the poorly patched rusty ironwork. The idea of a "gated community" implies it is safer than no gates, however, the gates do not close and are not secure. Do not use the laundry facilities most the washers and dryers do not work and no refunds are given. Read the lease closely and see how much of it is ignored by management.
